Refinery 29 asked 9 stars, "What's the one thing you do every day that is critical to your success?" The group offers up some pretty solid advice for keeping their heads clear and focused, as well as, the best advice they've ever received.

Two things I do to keep my marbles somewhat in one place...
...1) I talk to either my mom or dad everyday and this may seem simple (whatever you have to do, right?) but 2) if I'm in the office, I must have a variety of tunes streaming on Spotify or Pandora. Gotta keep that energy up!
