Don't you love it when you wake up to absolutely beautiful things? I'm kicking myself because I lost the Etsy link to this landscape painting in the most beautiful color palette. It reminded me of some of the new J.Crew spring arrivals. On another note, my head is twirling about because it's finally Friday! What are your plans this weekend, darlings?

Did you build "forts" as a child? I built them everywhere from under dining room tables to "deep" in the woods aka the line of trees skirting the golf course transformed by a heaping dose of imagination. With an arsenal of flashlights, snack packs, and various goodies, my siblings and I would camp out under old white linens and mounds of pillows for hours on end. Such a darling memory. I really want to make friendship bracelets this weekend. Hmmm, I wonder if I should make them from under a "grown up" fort? Who's in? :)

Are you Catty or Cool?

Am I boring you with my shopping adventures? Well you see, I'm the type of girl who just needs to talk about it..."it" as in everything. So can we just call that your fair warning? :) Here are two more items in one of my "carts," and I'm dying to know are you cat-eye chic or too cool for school? Mom says, "Definitely catty, and I think you are too." I think she's right. Too bad she automatically went for the one 10 times the price of the other. I see where I get it from ;)

SCALLOPED.

If you're like me you have crazy favorites saved up on multiple shopping sites. Have you ever added up the dollar total if you were to buy it all in one clean sweep? Horrific, I tell you. Jessie reminded me the other day of scalloped lovely no.1 patiently awaiting my pocketbook over at ASOS. It's been a few weeks so she's now on sale! What do you think, darlings? Buy or not to buy? As for scalloped lovely no.2, she is still a whopping $425 and will therefore sit at Net-A-Porter perhaps forever. *le sigh*

Friendly Obsession

I'm slightly obsessed with friendship bracelets lately. I wouldn't be opposed to a whole arm full of bright threads, but just one or two peeking out from a classic button up would be entirely too cool. I think I might try to make some this weekend. Who wants to be my friend? :)
